This privacy notice for TrinidoRewards ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we may collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

  • Visit our website at trinidorewards.com or any website of ours that links to this privacy notice
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information you provide voluntarily when you interact with our Services.

This includes:

  • Your Kick account: when you sign in with Kick, we receive your Kick user ID, username and profile picture. We do not receive your email address or your Kick password.
  • Your Discord account, if you connect it: your Discord user ID, display name and avatar. We do not receive your email address, your servers or your messages.
  • Details you add to your profile: usernames you hold on casino sites, and crypto wallet addresses (coin, network and address) for payouts.
  • Your activity on the Services: your points balance and how it changed, store purchases and the payout details you enter for them, raffle tickets, bonus hunt predictions, tournament entries, challenge claims (including the bet ID you submit), advent calendar doors you open, and your wins and whether they have been paid out.
  • Kick chat activity: during streams we record which Kick accounts chatted, when they last did, and how many messages they sent, so that points can be awarded for taking part. We do not store what the messages say.

All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Information automatically collected

In Short: We collect certain information automatically when you visit or use our Services.

This may include:

  • Log and Usage Data: IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, searches, usage timestamps, and errors.
  • Approximate location: the country or region your IP address points to, as seen by our hosting and security providers. We do not collect your precise location.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you across other websites.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

Examples include:

  • Account management: Create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
  • Service security: Monitor and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Usage analysis: Identify trends to improve our Services.

We may also process information for other purposes with your consent.

In Short: We process your information only when necessary and under a valid legal reason.

  • Consent: When you have given permission for a specific purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate Interests: For example, analyzing usage trends, improving Services, or preventing fraud.
  • Legal Obligations: To comply with laws, regulatory requirements, or legal proceedings.

Specific rules may apply for users in the EU, UK, Canada, or other jurisdictions.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We share your information in limited situations with:

  • Service providers who run parts of the Services for us: Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting and page-view analytics) and Cloudflare (which every request to the website passes through, for security and speed).
  • Kick and Discord when you sign in with them. We only receive the information described above from them; we do not send them anything about your activity here.
  • Payouts: when you are paid out, the wallet address or casino username you gave us is used to send it.
  • Business transfers: In connection with mergers, sales, or acquisitions.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

In Short: We only use cookies the Services need to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in for up to seven days.
  • Sign-in check cookies: short-lived cookies, kept for at most ten minutes, that protect the round trip to Kick or Discord when you sign in.
  • Staff sign-in: a separate session cookie for the administration area, set only for staff accounts.

Your browser's local storage also remembers a few display settings, such as whether the side menu is collapsed. You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time; you will then be signed out.

6. SOCIAL LOGINS

In Short: You sign in with Kick, and can add Discord as a second way to sign in.

Your account on the Services is your Kick account: your points, entries and wins belong to it. You can connect a Discord account under Profile, Settings, Connections, and disconnect it there at any time; disconnecting removes the Discord details we stored. A Discord account that is not connected cannot be used to sign in or to create an account.

We use the information from Kick and Discord only for the purposes described in this notice. We are not responsible for how Kick or Discord use your data.

7. RETENTION OF INFORMATION

In Short: We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice or as required by law.

When no longer needed, personal information is deleted, anonymized, or securely stored until deletion is possible.

8. SECURITY OF INFORMATION

In Short: We use organizational and technical measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and transmission of data over the Internet is at your own risk.

Your wallet addresses, casino usernames and payout details can only be read by you and the site's administrators; they are not available to other visitors.

9. INFORMATION FROM MINORS

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. Accounts of minors discovered will be deactivated, and data deleted.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

In Short: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or object to the processing of your personal information.

  • Account information: You can see and remove your casino usernames, wallet addresses and Discord connection yourself under Profile, Settings. Requests for deletion will deactivate or remove your account from active databases.
  • Cookies: We do not use advertising cookies, so there is no interest-based advertising to opt out of. You can delete our cookies in your browser settings at any time.
  • EU/UK/Canada users: You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or data portability. Complaints can be submitted to local authorities.

11. DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers have a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Currently, we do not respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice.

12. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California residents have specific rights, including the right to request information on personal data shared for direct marketing and to request removal of public data for users under 18.

13. UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Privacy Notice to stay compliant with laws. Changes are effective when posted, and material changes may be communicated directly.
